5 Benefits of the Soak Rochford Facebook Group

Why our group of over 3.7k creators has become so popular

We created the Soak Rochford Support Group to provide a space for creators to ask questions, share achievements and connect with others in the same field. Initially, we thought that we’d have a few of our most committed customers join, but we never dreamed that it would become what it is today.

Now, with over 3.7k members, we’re proud to say that together, we have built a close-knit, welcoming community that has become an integral part of the cosmetic creation process for so many makers.

If you haven’t already, here are 5 reasons you should join the Soak Rochford Support Group.

Design Inspiration

If you’re feeling stuck in a rut and at a loss for new ideas, our group is a great place to find design inspiration. Spend a few minutes scrolling through the media section of our group and discover a whole gallery of incredible makes.

While we, of course, discourage copying someone else’s creation, we also don’t think there’s any harm in using the creative streak of other makers as a springboard to start dreaming up new designs.

Tutorials

To discover a whole host of tutorials relating to the creation of home, bath and body products, just type “tutorials” into the search bar at the top of the group.

Lovingly filmed by Jay Rochford and a range of our wonderful group admins, these videos have been created to provide group members with easy-to-follow tutorials for processes such as creating body butter, creating bath bomb spheres, filling out your assessment form and everything in between.

Like-Minded Individuals

Being a cosmetic creator is one of the most fun, rewarding jobs a person can have. However, the process can be very solitary meaning you might find yourself feeling a bit lonely, or at the very least, unable to discuss your job with friends and family who don’t understand.

Our group isn’t just for the creative process itself. It’s also about creating a space where makers like you can vent about problems, discuss business hurdles or chat about exciting milestones that have been achieved.

Destashes

We used to host regular “destashes” in our main Soak Rochford Group where cosmetic creators can put their unwanted supplies, tools and ingredients up for sale, while anyone looking can grab a bargain.

Because of their popularity, we decided to create a dedicated group just for ongoing destashes. Take a look HERE to see if something grabs your attention.

Quick Responses

We pride ourselves on our quick customer service across multiple platforms, however, if your preferred channel of communication is social media, the group is an efficient way to reach us.

Let us know about any issues you’re having with your purchase, along with any relevant images or videos, and we’ll aim to get back to you with a helpful response as soon as possible. You can even choose to share your post anonymously if you’d rather.
