Whipped Soap Base (OPC / Foaming Bath Butter)
Our Whipped Soap Base, also known as OPC (Melt and Pour Foaming Bath Butter) from Stephensons, is a versatile and innovative base perfect for creating a variety of luxurious bath and body products. Trademarked as Crystal OPC and Foaming Bath Butter (Sugar Whip), this unique formulation is ideal for crafting whipped foaming bath butters, sugar scrubs, body soufflés, and salt scrubs—all from a single base.
Product Features:
- Paraben and MPG-free
- Suitable for shower, bath, and facial wash applications
- Produces a creamy lather with exceptional foam
- Mild formulation, tested as non-irritating by the Zein method
- Rich in moisturising glycerine, leaving skin soft and hydrated
How to Use: To create your whipped bath products, simply whip or beat the Crystal OPC using a mixer. You can then customise it by adding sugar, fragrance oils, essential oils, or other additives. Whip until the desired volume is reached. This base can be used for a wide range of creations, including whipped foaming body scrubs, soaps, shampoos, and even shaving foam.
Important Notes: Please note that the texture of the Stephensons OPC base can vary between batches due to temperature fluctuations, especially in colder weather. While this is normal and does not indicate a faulty batch, you can easily temper the base by melting it down and re-pouring it into a liquid state before cooling it quickly. This should help to restore the desired consistency. Stephensons has informed us that they cannot guarantee texture consistency, and replacements are only offered if an official recall is made.
