A company is only as good as its team, and we are very lucky to have a group of people who are passionate about making us the best supplier for cosmetic creators.

From making sure we have enough stock to getting your orders sent out in a timely fashion and everything in between, keep reading to meet the team members who make Soak Rochford what it is.

The Owner and Director of Soak Rochford. He first started the business when he had a disappointing experience with a bath bomb he’d purchased and has built Soak from the ground up – starting from a shed in his back garden.

He’s an animal lover and is the fastest order packer in the west!

The honourary mum of Soak Rochford, Elle is our Warehouse Manager and makes sure to keep everyone in check. Although the word “bossy” might have been thrown around the office, her organisation skills keep us all in check, safe and on track.

Fondly known of as the “King of Distraction”, Ethan is our Warehouse Assistant who loves to combine work and play. Whenever he’s around he makes sure that morale is up and that everyone has a smile on their face.

Charlene is our Office Manager and what would we do without her? The master of multitasking, Charlene is able to chat away about anything and everything, all while running a tight ship at Soak HQ by making sure everything’s where it belongs and creating the most epic spreadsheets.

Another one of our super-efficient Warehouse Assistants, Robert is a great person to have on your team. Not only does his dry sense of humour crack everyone up, but his reliability and work ethic also mean that your order is likely on its way to you before you even hit “confirm payment!”

Our Internal Accountant, Lee takes care of the serious business and ensures that we’re behaving as we should, keeping Soak Rochford legal. Although he’d hate to admit it, we know that he’s secretly jealous of Charlene’s Excel skills…

Lillie has been Soak’s Digital Marketing Manager for the last two years. If you’re a regular Soakie, you’ve probably had her commenting on your photos in our group asking to use them on our social media! This year, she got married and moved to Thailand so has been a very busy lady.
