Bath Bombs:

Be resilient and practise makes perfect:

Your first step to master is to get your recipe perfected. After this, it’s time to paint your bath bombs! This will take a lot of experimenting as you begin to learn how you prefer to design and what moulds are your favourite. Just remember not to compare your first lap to someone else’s twentieth. Keep your blinkers on and focus!

Whipped Soap:

Find the nozzle that’s right for you

Before cosmetic creating, you might not have realised quite how much a simple nozzle can make an impact on your whipped soap. We have a set of 12 that allows you to experiment with each one so that you can find one that makes your favourite design.

Liquid Soap:

Understand what you want to make

Different liquid soap products have different levels of viscosity. Some of our #3 fragrances tend to be runnier than others, but trial and error will allow you to discover that for yourself. If you’re making a hand wash, then you can allow it to be runnier, but if you want to focus on bubble bath and shampoo, it’s important that your mixture thickens up.

Melt and Pour Soap:

Patience is a virtue

If your end goal is to create stunning melt and pour soap designs, one thing you can’t do is rush! Depending on what ingredients you have used and what environment you are creating in. Usually, you will have to leave 4-6 hours for your mixture to set. And, if you want to create layers, you’ll have to do this multiple times.

Body Butter:

Whip it real good

In order to get the thick, luxurious consistency that is synonymous with body butter, you have to give it the time and effort it requires. Either prepare those biceps for some serious whipping or invest in a mixer.
