Whether you need to talk to your friends about how lonely it can be to be a small business owner or if you want to talk to other Soakies about ideas, make sure you reach out. 

Suffering in silence will leave you feeling unheard and frustrated. And you know what they say… A problem shared is a problem halved.

It takes effort to sell your products 

When you’ve started to create products that you’re happy with, the work has only just begun.

Unfortunately, this isn’t Field of Dreams – even if you build it, they might not come. You have to become something of a marketing guru to make sure that prospective customers know who you are and what you offer. 

You should be committed to the process

Many of our Soakies started off creating bath products part-time but soon decided to make their side hustle a full-time venture. 

If you want to make significant profits from your bath products, you’ll have to dedicate plenty of time and energy to creating, promoting and selling.

Have some ideas of what you want to do

Use a Pinterest board, look in our Facebook group or search online for some creative inspiration. 

So, when it comes to creating your first batch of products, you’ll know what kind of colours and designs you like best.
